Available Dates for club rallies – See Free/Busy Information page
BTAC is an education site and groups meeting our charitable and education aims have priority booking, however when schools are not in residence, the site is available for other organised groups and clubs to use. You can bring your own self contained units (tents and cooking facilities), or the group can book our tents and be catered for. We are unable to cater for individuals bookings, meals on offer during any group booking must be agreed by the group leader in advance.
Note: we can only accept three caravans at any one time, so any group wanting to bring caravans MUST book well in advance, (or be an exempted organisation e.g. Scouts, Guides, Camping Club etc)
Groups will have use of their designated field space, water points, toilets, and showers. They do not have free access to the marsh, outdoor classroom or to the other buildings including the classroom. Supported access can be booked for specific activities/events/meals but this may incur an additional cost.
